a wish come true. . .

Over the 4th of July, while at Grandpa and Grandma's house, AJ fell in love with the neighbors' kittens. She told me that while waiting to do fireworks she and the kitten looked up at the same time and saw the first star appear. So AJ wished that they could be together always. Then on the way home she wished the same thing over what we call "the wishing bridge" (where J proposed, so we always hold our breath and make a wish when we cross it). Well, when Grandpa and Grandma came out for AP's birthday party they brought Sima for AJ and Stripes for AP. I felt bad leaving the Calico (who A&A named Hopper) and was tempted to take her for D, but really two kittens is more than enough for me! Here is the evidence of the kitty love going on around our house right now.
