Here the kids are decorating Easter Eggs.
My mom made a fun little game for us that she called "mummy bunny." She had a hollow plastic bunny that she wrapped up like a mummy and put inside a giant purple egg. She had written different actions that rhymed with mummy on strips of paper and put them inside the rabbit. First we had to unwrap the bunny and then took turns drawing out slips of paper and playing charades. We were doing things like scooting on our bummy, chewing gummy, pretending to eat a sour plummy. . . Pretty funny!
Grandma hid a basket for each of them. D didn't even bother to take his out of his hiding place before digging in.
Here are their baskets from Grandpa and Grandma. I didn't think to take a picture of all of them until they were empty. Aren't they darling though?
