First Monday out of school and Aubrey was headed off to college... ok not really, just BYU's campus for a writing camp. Yep, we're pretty hardcore like that, making our kids do academic camps all summer. Actually, Jeff found out about this camp featuring Madeleine L'Engle's Wrinkle in Time series and thought Aubrey would really enjoy it. As it turns out, she did! It was a week long and just happened to start right after she got out of school for the year. They did all kinds of fun activities inside and outside to help them improve their writing skill and the last day (Friday) they got to go to the play put on by BYU's theatre department. Aubrey loved it. She had a great time improving her writing, making new friends, and experiencing BYU's campus. She enjoyed it so much she already wants to go back next year!
