We had a multi-cultural night for a branch activity. It was really fun. Jeff did an American football workshop for the little boys in the branch. I dressed as a cheerleader and taught a couple of simple cheers. The little girls, and women, were really cute doing it with me!
It was fun to have people share their various cultures. Other workshops included: Poi and Lei making, master chef Alaska and Philippines, American Gridiron Tips, Tuvalu language class and an Exhibition hall with some displays from Tonga, China, Cook Island and Aotearoa (NZ) as well as Philipino karaoke and dances from Samoa, Tonga, Hawaii, Cook Island and New Zealand. We love our multi-cultural branch!
