Then we headed into California Adventure. Here is King Triton's Carousel.

And Phineas and Ferb live! D recently discovered this cartoon via Netflicks and it is his new favorite, so we were very excited to see them pull up. They got a dance party started, but D was too shy to join it.
AJ jumped right in though and after a minute of watching her enjoying herself AP said, "I'm kind of embarrassed, but I know if I don't go out there, I'll regret it." So he jumped in too!

Grizzly River Run. A couple more of my favorite pictures.

And the explorer trail. We ran into the "Up" dog at the entrance and I was a little surprised at how excited D was to see him since he was only a baby when we saw the movie and couldn't possible remember it. I guess it's just the fact that he loves dogs in general.
I love how much exercise this little area allows! We climbed around, went on the zipline, and discovered our animal selves in the cave (which is AJ's favorite thing). AP was an eagle, AJ and I were wolves, and D was a bear. I thought it was cool that the bear's decription was "strong and loving" since that is what his name means and totally fitting for his personality.

This day also ended early for AJ and D. AJ started feeling achey right around lunchtime. They went back to the hotel with J after bugsland and dinner, but AP and I hung around so he could go on Tower of Terror. While he was doing that I watched the Tron dancers. Pretty awesome!
