Derek's classroom is directly across the ball field and when we go to pick him up there are often flocks of birds hanging out there. Darcy loves to chase the birds! I keep trying to get her to approach slowly and quietly because they will actually let you get quite close, but she gets too excited and runs after them calling "bok! bok!" (which is her interpretation of "quack" and "squawk").
