Whose turn?

Our little D loves to say the prayer.  So much in fact that he will start saying it before anyone else is ready (including himself) just to make sure he is the one to say it.  As soon as we are gathered for a prayer the words start tumbling out of his little mouth.  His eyes will only be half closed and arms on their way to being folded.  We often have to stop him and start over reminding him to watch and make sure everyone is ready and to make sure his own eyes are closed and arms folded.

So last night, in an effort to give someone else a chance to say the prayer, J asked D if he would like to choose someone else to say the prayer.  D looked around at everyone stopping at AJ and said, "Uh, I think AJ would like to... choose ME to say the prayer."
